  For the most part, I have been satisfied with this location. My reason for giving the low review is because if I'm just ordering a coffee, I'm satisfied. If I add any snack or breakfast sandwich into the mix, I am immediately disappointed. I know this and I still keep trying lol. Their sandwiches taste DISGUSTING! They taste freezer burned and chemically. Definitely not like egg and cheese on a bagel/English muffin. Sometimes even their hash browns taste as such as well. Ill definitely keep getting a coffee but clearly I need to make a trip to Starbucks if I'm ever feeling hungry.

  Service sucks they don't know what they're talking about. They never know how to make a coffee right the first time. They blame it on training issues and get mad when you complain about your coffee.
