  You're losing money. I spent $6.00-$10.00 a day at your location. That adds up. Now a different Dunks is getting that money. You are hemorrhaging money with your disrespectful staff.
  
  This used to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts. I went there every day. Unfortunately, with the exception of one or two excellent employees there is a rowdy band that clearly are not being supervised on a regular basis. The first thing is acting stupid over the microphone when taking an order. Seriously? The customer is basically getting harassed because it's not as funny as you think it is. I'm glad you are having fun since I hear everyone inside laughing ... but wow, unprofessional.
  
  Secondly, I don't know why they bother taking orders since they are never made the way you want them.
  
  Also, it's apparently far too much work to shake the coffee so you get them still half coffee and half cream not mixed. So to enjoy your beverage in the car you have to risk getting it everywhere while you shake it or pull over somewhere to do it yourself. They don't bother to wipe the tops either and hey that's okay, I just love having coffee all over my car.
