  Always slow, extremely slow , never seem to have enough people working and the coffee is never as good here as it is at other locations around the city ....

  I go to Dunkin's fairly regularly. Both in my home town on my way to work, and elsewhere. A Dunkin' Donuts is a Dunkin' Donuts, sometimes the variety of Doughnut changes, rarely the drink selection. What makes any one Dunkin's better than another for me is the service. This particular location's service is terrible. I have never had a good experience here and at best have often left feeling purely grateful that I got most of what I wanted as soon as I did and with as mediocre (thankfully it could have been worse-type) service as I did.
  On several visits the service was slow or awkward, the cashier unhelpful or downright rude, my order wasn't right -2 doughnuts and a medium coffee-skim, one sugar. That's all- , or I did not receive a receipt.
  On every other visit a smile and hello/thank you/have a good day, were rare if given at all.
  I work in the service industry and I find it very disconcerting when I am the one, as the customer, doing all the 'how are you today?', 'good morning!', 'have a good day,' and 'thank you!'s purely one-sided, from the front side of a counter, not the back, server's side.

  Absolutely horrible service! First off they were very slow and you always have to repeat your order 3 to 4 times for them to understand. Two things really did it for me. The person in front of me later in the day because I knew him paid for my order he claimed. I still paid for my meal so they pocketed the money for him paying for my food and drink. How rude is that!! Second off I asked for a bagel with butter. They smothered it so much that the butter left huge globs over my whole car and all over my hands just trying to grab it. Also my hot coffee was freezing cold. That has done it for me. Beyond fed up with this place I will go elsewhere.
